How It Works

Every party is built to order but our packages offer a great starting point for your big event and our a la carte add-ons provide the extra custom touches. From there, use Book Now to contact us with some basic details about your event, budget, and theme choices. Our expert party planners will reach out to you with options that suit your needs.

From there, final details are arranged and our team sets up your party at your accommodation, ready for the big reveal. We require a 50% deposit at time of booking to reserve your date and begin planning. The other 50% will be required 2 weeks prior to arrival. It is best to book a few months in advance to make sure you get your date.

Hello Sunshine Soirees can decorate your AirBNB, VRBO, private residence, or event space prior to your guest of honor's arrival to really give that WOW moment.

Our various packages and accessories are designed around a number of super on-trend themes and include a wide range of decor, accessories, and even catering.

For bachelorette parties, decorations can include the bride's bedroom. Our packages also include fun and adorable party favors and special gifts that truly make your arrival an Instagram-ready experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

1How do I book an event or place an order?
All event request must be submitted via our online inquiry form. We do not take orders over the phone, or social media. If you would like to get pricing for our services please fill out our event form with all the details. Once we have the details we will check our calendars and get back to you. If we have your date available we will send you detailed information on how to save your spot. If we are unavailable we will let you know right away. We require a 50% payment to hold your date and start planning your party. The remaining 50% will be collected two weeks prior to your event.
2Can we pick up our order?
Yes you are able to pick your order up if you purchase a grab and go balloon garland or favors. Fill out the inquiry form and we will reach out to you via email to confirm the date, details, and time.
3When should I book?
It is best to book 2-4 months in advance so you guarantee getting your date, but we can try to accommodate any last minute bookings if we have open availability.
4Do you offer clean up services?
We do offer clean up services if you have an early morning flight to catch. We can come in and clean up all of the décor and balloons that we installed so it looks like none of it was ever there. This service is something that must be booked in advance prices start at $200 depending on location.
5Do you offer services for more than bachelorette parties?
Yes we decorate for holidays, engagements, bridal showers, proposals, wedding day bridal suite and more. Just reach out to us to see how we can help you.
6How long does set up take?
Setup can take anywhere from 1-3 hours. We spend hours before your arrival getting everything ready so that we can come in and install everything before you arrive.
